Breakthroughs in medicine mean Canadians are living longer. The health system needs to be ready for the complex needs of an aging population, helping older adults age with confidence, independence, and the supports they need at every stage.

ACCESS TO CARE

5.4 million Canadians don't have a regular care provider. Whether it's attaching patients to a family doctor, or connecting people with health resources in their community, both patients and the health care system benefit from robust access to primary care.
